Make a bold statement with SoHo by Cheap Stair Supplies. Customize your style like never before. The base sleeve slides on and secures in place via a set screw or epoxy. Sleeve has one set screw used to attach to baluster in the position you choose. Set screw requires a 2.5mm Allen wrench (not included) to tighten down. This Bar has One Sliding Sleeve.
