The LC 2940 Old World Gothic iron newel post is hammered on all 4 sides. This iron newel post has a single 3" knuckle in the center with a spoon section above and below.. This newel post is made out of solid wrought iron and is 1-3/16 square. It uses the newel mounting kit LC 2360 or LC 2360-SLP. This newel pairs with all Old World Gothic Square balusters.
